My Travel List
Hey there!
So for this blog post, I wanted to do something a little different. I wanted to share with you one of my top ten lists that I have made so far. I have found since entering college, I have come to make lists for almost everything. From the basic grocery list to the normal to-do list.
This list however is different. This list is my, "Top Ten Places I Want To Travel".
Since the summer of my sophmore year when I was able to travel overseas to Spain, for a week long mission trip, has sparked my longing to travel the world.
So without further explanation, here is my list!
Top Ten Places I Want To Travel
- Ireland - I have always had an interest since learning that both sides of my family trees have came from here.
- Spain (again) - After spending a week here in Seville my sophmore year of high school, I fell in love with their culture. The city of Seville is absolutely beautiful.
- England - I just want to be able to see Big Ben and The Eye of London. I want to take a ride on one of their red double-decker buses.
- France - I think it would be beautiful to visit Paris either during Fall or New Years. To see all of the lights and the Effile Tower would be absolutly beautiful.
- Italy - What I would really like to do here would be to visit some of the vineyards and have some delicious Italian pasta and pizza! (I love pasta in general so it would be a major plus!)
- Greece - This place is on my list because I think it would be beautiful to see all of the houses built almost on-top of each other overlooking the ocean. To wake up every morning with an ocean view would be wonderful. Plus I think it would be a lot of fun to go sailing and to visit the smaller islands that are near Greece!
- Japan - The cherry blossom trees! My great grandmother and her husband were stationed over in Japan for a while, so to see some of the sights that she saw would mean the world to me.
- Iceland - I would absolutely love to see the horses that reside in this country. I know that is a silly reason to want to visit a country, but I have always had a love for horses. Plus I have heard that Iceland can be very beautiful.
- Egypt - The pyrimads. The history of all the old rulers and the ruins. I think getting to witness some of these amazing structures would be amazing.
- Caribbean - Last but not least! One of the reasons I would like to visit the Caribbean is to see the Caribbean Sea. To see and swim in the beautiful ocean and just to take in a new experience would honestly be the best!
As you can tell, all of my travel destinations are outside of the U.S., probably like most of y'all's lists are, if you have one. I find all of these countries to be beautiful and unique in their own special way.
So, with that being said, where do you want to go? What places in or out of the U.S., would you want to visit?
Leave me a comment and let us start a discussion!
I'm looking forward to hearing from you!
Thanks again!
